Pilsen Identification Number (PIN) and Personal identification number (PEN)

All applicants are requested to construct their own PIN, which will serve among others as the specific symbol for the payment of fees into the UWB account. PIN consist of date of birth and country calling code (international phone code of your country).

PIN has the form YYMMDDCCCC, where

YYlast two digits of year of your birth
MMmonth of your birth (two digits, left-pad with zero if necessary),
DDday of month of your birth (two digits, left-pad with zero if necessary),
CCCC country calling code of your country (four digits, left-pad with zeros if necessary)

For example: date of birth 28.11.1983, country calling code 53 (Cuba)
PIN: 8311280053

Country calling codes of some countries are as follows:
Cuba 53, Kazakhstan 327, Ukraine 380, Uzbekistan 998, Palestine 970, Israel 972, Russia 7, Vietnam 84, etc.


PEN is similar to PIN and has the form YYMMDD23XY where

YYlast two digits of year of your birth
MMmonth of your birth (two digits, left-pad with zero if necessary),
DDday of month of your birth (two digits, left-pad with zero if necessary),
23numbers 2 and 3 (same for all PENs),
XY acronym (initialism) of your first name and family name
(for example acronym of name Boris Nikolayevich Yeltsin is BY)
